Paisano Volunteer Fire Department, Campbellton, Texas - "When Seconds Count!"
The Paisano Volunteer Fire Department is proud to announce its newest addition, the Ambient Weather Station. The station is capable of gathering data such as temperature, wind speed, wind direction, humidity, barometric pressure, and rain fall. Data in the graphics below is update every 2-5 seconds. The sensor package is mounted on a 10 foot metal mast that is supported by a metal tripod. The station's data can be accessed worldwide at www.wunderground.com or www.pwsweather.com, or by simply clicking on the graphics below. The station is also equipped with a High Definition weather camera. Images from the camera are updated every 5 minutes. The Ambient Weather Station was installed to allow local law enforcement agencies to monitor current conditions in the event of a severe weather situation.
